Xi'an Airport Transfer Pricing

A Xi'an Airport Transfer is a one-way ride at a fixed price. Your driver waits at the arrivals exit with your name on a sign, helps with your bags and takes you straight to your hotel. The price is agreed before the trip. There is no meter and nothing is charged by the hour, so you know the cost before you land.

Prices

All prices are per car, not per person.

• Night pickups (22:00–06:00): +$10 (¥70).

• Tolls, fuel and airport parking are included. There are no extra charges on the day.

Which car fits you?

• Sedan: up to 3 passengers with 2 large suitcases.

• Buick GL8 (7-seat MPV): up to 4 passengers with 4 large suitcases, or 5–6 passengers with carry-on bags only. This is Bruce's own car.

What happens if your flight is late?

The biggest worry with an airport pickup is a delayed flight or a driver who isn't there. Here is how we handle it:

1. After you book, we confirm your flight number with you on WhatsApp.

2. We track your flight. If it is delayed, we adjust the pickup time and it costs you nothing.

3. Waiting starts from your actual landing time. The first 60 minutes are free, which is usually enough for immigration and baggage.

4. Before you land, we send you a photo of the meeting point at the Terminal 5 arrivals exit.

5. If Bruce is already driving another guest, a vetted backup driver picks you up at the same price. You get his name, photo and car plate at least 24 hours in advance.

6. You message the driver directly on WhatsApp the whole time. There is no call center.

How to choose an airport transfer in Xi'an

Don't compare on price alone. Before you book any service, check three things:

• Does the driver actually speak English?

• Do they reply quickly on WhatsApp?

• Do they say clearly what happens if your flight is late or cancelled?

If my flight is delayed, do I pay extra for waiting?
No. Waiting time starts from your actual landing time, and the first 60 minutes are free. After that it is $10 per extra 30 minutes. If your flight is cancelled, we move your booking to the new time for free.

What if I can't find my driver?
Message us on WhatsApp. We reply right away and tell you exactly where to walk. If WhatsApp does not work on your phone, use WeChat with the same number.

Are tolls and parking included?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. Night pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 are $10 more.

Do you pick up very early or very late flights?
Yes, every day and night. Night pickups need the 30% deposit in advance.

How do I pay?
After we confirm, we send a PayPal link for a 30% deposit. You pay the rest in the car by card, Alipay, WeChat pay or cash (CNY). Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
